A first-class sensation was produced by the sudden execution to-day of General Tsai Teng-hui, the commander of the anti-piracy troops at Bias Bay, near Hong Kong, and his chief of staff Yang Chih- suan. They are alleged to have assisted instead of suppressed the pirates.- Reuter.
